Terms of Service

These terms cover use of Propoflow. Last updated September 5, 2026. Questions: email us at the address below.

The service

Propoflow helps you turn a client email into a scoped freelance proposal and share a link the client can accept or decline. We may change features as we build the product.

Your account

You must keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not use the service to store or send content you do not have the right to use.

Your content

Inquiries, proposals, and notes you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and display them so the product can work—including showing a proposal to someone who has the share link.

You send the proposal

Suggested scope limits are helpers, not legal advice. You decide what to send. You are responsible for the price, terms, and any contract with your client.

Plans

The homepage describes the free starter plan and the paid Pro plan. Prices and limits can change. Features listed as coming later (for example card payments) are not part of the service until they ship. Cancellations and refunds are on the Refunds page.

Availability

We aim to keep the app up, but we do not promise it will always be available. We are not liable for lost work, lost deals, or damages beyond what the law requires.
