Privacy Policy

This page explains what Propoflow stores and why. Last updated September 5, 2026.

Who we are

Propoflow is freelance proposal software. If you have a privacy question, email fawadalidev9918@gmail.com.

What we store

  • Account. Sign-in is handled by Clerk. We keep a workspace record tied to that account (name, email, and optional website).
  • Client inquiries. Text you paste so we can draft a proposal—emails, notes, Slack threads.
  • Proposals. Scope, prices, terms, private notes, and the shareable client view.
  • View events. When someone opens a shared proposal link, we record that so you can see they viewed it.
  • Services and templates. Items you save to reuse on later proposals.
  • Billing. Plan status and Paddle customer or subscription IDs so Pro stays in sync after checkout.

What we do not do

We do not sell your account data, pasted inquiries, or proposal content. Private notes on a proposal are not shown on the client link.

Who else processes data

We use other companies to run the product. The current list is on the Subprocessors page: Clerk for sign-in, Neon for the database, and the host that serves the app.

How long we keep it

We keep your workspace data while your account is open. If you want it deleted, email fawadalidev9918@gmail.com and we will remove the workspace records we control.

Cookies

Clerk uses cookies to keep you signed in. We do not run a separate advertising tracker on these pages.
