Refunds

Cancel Pro from Settings → Manage billing. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period. After that the workspace returns to Starter (3 proposals a month).

We do not automatically refund a month that has already started. If you were charged by mistake, or Pro did not work after you paid, email fawadalidev9918@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge. Include the email on the account. We will review it and issue a refund where it is fair.

Card charges and refunds are handled by our payment provider. A refund, when approved, goes back to the original payment method.
